The partnership between Lloyds Bank and Cheltenham & Gloucester produced a staff training challenge.
Lloyds staff needed to learn about C&G’s products and services so that they could sell the products accurately and efficiently. The training solution needed to be high quality, effective and delivered in a very tight timescale.
The C&G training team invited several design companies to put forward their proposals for the design of the training materials. The Litchfield Morris solution was selected!
Working closely with a range of suppliers Chris Morris successfully project managed 6,000 sets of materials, within challenging timescales and agreed budgets. Design detail was fully implemented to ensure consistency and aid brand recognition.
