Kingsway Business Park takes off with successful launch
![]() Regional commercial property developer, Robert Hitchins Limited, officially launched the development of Kingsway Business Park at two special events on 1st July 2008. The events took place on the site and were well attended by invited guests representing regional and national organisations and prominent members of the local business community. Litchfield Morris were heavily involved in the planning and management of the launch day events. Working in partnership with Robert Hitchins, Litchfield Morris co-ordinated on site display graphics, powerpoint presentations, exhibition stands, promotional material and the invites to the event itself. The launch events provided guests with a detailed insight into Robert Hitchins’ proposals for the development at Kingsway Business Park, which consists of a 40 acre site occupying part of the former RAF Quedgeley site. Jane Tooley, of Robert Hitchins Limited,hosted the breakfast and lunch events and made a presentation to around 90 guests at each event, setting out the merits of the site, in particular, its ‘green credentials’. Guests were provided with guided tours of the site in electrically operated buggies and all presented with a gift bag, which included a native British tree to plant.
