The new dawn is inspired by Litchfield Morris
![]() The new access roads have been built, the infrastructure is in place, the marketing suite set up and the site successfully launched. Regional property developer, Robert Hitchins Limited own the 40 acre site at Kingsway Business Park, Gloucester. They are rising to the challenge of regenerating the site from a disused RAF base, into significant employment land, which will form an environmental bridge between the centre of the city and the heart of the country. Selected by Robert Hitchins as their preferred marketing agency, Litchfield Morris has been the creative driver behind the communications for Kingsway Business Park, Gloucester. We have supplied the successful marketing mix to generate interest in the development and to successfully secure the first occupier while the plans are still being drawn up. The brief The brief from the client was a challenge. Produce something fresh, stunning and original that also reflects the ethos of a business development that is in sympathy with the landscape and the environment and is part of the regeneration of the city of Gloucester. Using our understanding of regeneration and property development, Litchfield Morris created a high impact, but simple brand that reflected the link between business growth and environmental concern. The actionOnce agreed, the brand was rolled out with the words 'this must be stunning' in our ears to traditional high quality print and exciting examples of new media: ![]()

vision of the site that will be updated as it develops, from which an animated fly through has been created for the DVD and website
bespoke, branded presentation to lend weight to our clients presentation The results Robert Hitchins are delighted with the brand and all the communications. The launch attracted a good response, the media interest is bubbling, and already occupiers are making positive enquiries and one has already designed a contemporary office in the landscaped courtyard zone.
