The Sixth Form College Solihull is the largest sixth form college in the UK. Their old brand was inconsistent and the college needed to update its image to promote its national position, vibrancy and high academic achievements. |

As part of the Marketing Report, Litchfield Morris carried out an extensive research project based on the College’s products, purpose and identity, its current brand and marketing tools, perceptions, audiences and future objectives.
The Marketing Report resulted in a strategy for a new College name, brand values and visual image.
A new prospectus began the rollout of the new brand, along with photography, a content managed website and Course Information brochure.
The new brand:
- engenders a sense of pride, purpose and belonging in the College which results in higher motivation and common culture
- visually affirms uniqueness of the College so that it distinguishes itself from others
- involves the whole College in the understanding of its aims and objectives.
The website:
- enables all content including latest news and course details to be updated, when required, by College Staff
- complies with disability accessibility guidlelines
- new international section has been designed using a different template.
