the brief
Our expertise in developing training brands and materials enabled Somerfield to introduce new training initiatives across their range of stores, tailored to the stores size and employee's position. Projects included:
- the creation of new logos for training programmes
- step-by-step user guides to accompany Chip & PIN initiatives
- a support guide for a new company wide leadership programme
- store development posters to advertise our in-house training programmes and new media applications to store staff.
